Shipping policy

Please be informed that we require at least 2-3 days business days for processing before shipping. We are doing our best to ship items on time and as soon as we can, however, please know that we cannot do rush shipping so as to ensure proper packaging your orders.

In the event that the item is returned for shipment because it was delivered to the wrong address or is not received, we will get in touch right away to set up reshipment of your package. Please be aware that the buyer will be responsible for any redelivery fees. On the other hand, your order will be canceled and a refund will be given, less a 15% restocking fee, if there is no attempt of answer on your end for redelivery.

If the package has not arrived to you despite the tracking information confirming delivery, kindly inform us at once so we can initiate search of the item immediately.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT OCCURS AFTER A SHIPMENT IS MARKED AS DELIVERED. Please contact the courier directly for assistance in such cases. Although we don't send our products with insurance, we personally insure them up until the time wherein the courier takes them in for delivery. After this, our company is no longer liable for any issues post-delivery scan, and the courier should handle any problems that arise after the delivery. To avoid any form of fraud, we take videos and pictures of the item and our team before, during, and after packaging as well as in dropping the order.

Customs Fees: Custom charges may apply on international purchases, the customer is responsible for paying these charges.

PLEASE NOTE, IF IMPORT DUTIES ARE NOT PAID YOUR ORDER WILL BE RETURNED TO US.

Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment is unclaimed by the customer and returned to Seconds Club we will reach out to the customer twice, if the customer does not respond we will refund the customer 90% of the order amount. The customer must pay for shipping again if an order is returned to us.
